Häufige Fragen
Kurz beantwortet.
How long does it take?
After fax submission the IRS usually issues the EIN within four to six weeks. The IRS does not guarantee a fixed timeframe. You can follow the status in the client portal at any time.
Do I need an SSN or ITIN?
No. As a foreign responsible party, Form SS-4 is filed without a U.S. taxpayer number.
What does the IRS charge?
Nothing. The IRS charges no fee for an EIN. Our fee of $49 covers review, preparation, submission and tracking.
Do I need an account first?
No. You enter your details and documents first. You create your client portal access only at the end, and follow your application there.
What if my case is complex?
We classify it as an expert case and contact you before anything is filed. Ineligible cases are not filed and the fee is refunded.
Ready for your EIN?
Have your passport copy and articles of organization at hand.
EIN application is a form preparation and filing service and does not replace tax or legal advice. Laws, procedures and timeframes can change.
